Small-batch, handcrafted + naturally fermented shoyu. Made with loads of rescued mushrooms from the legends at Unearthed Co. Mushrooms, this shoyu was aged 2 years before bottling. Available in 200ml and 500ml.

Made with biodynamic soybeans from Slater Farm, biodynamic zanzibar (red wheat) grown by Don Haines, mushrooms from Unearthed Co. and water, salt, + koji

This is a lighter-style soy sauce with loads of umami. Use this shoyu to season raw fish or vegetables, add it to stir-fried or steamed greens, or anywhere else you would use soy sauce. Double-down and use it to season mushrooms for the ultimate in savoury, mushroomy goodness.
